At Henley Halebrown we believe that we have a duty to support opportunities for the next generation of practitioners. This invigorates both our practice and wider profession. The built environment must be fashioned by those who inhabit it, hence we strive to build a diverse workforce. Our studio is based on an open dialogue within our team, to give voice to the unique experiences of all our colleagues and those we design for. Ambitious policies supported by a dedicated EDI working group, trained by experts, work together to shape a practice that proactively fights bias and discrimination. Our extensive mentoring ensures everyone is aware of their value and builds confidence. The studio curates a series of cultural and social events to promote collaboration and cohesion.
