‘Our commitment to creating a studio culture welcoming to all has attracted the very best talent from across the built environment’
EPR strongly believe that we need to encourage the professional development of women and provide them with the access and support to participate fully in the industry. As partners of the W programme, our staff are given a forum to share their experiences, participate in the mentoring programme and be part of the process of improving gender equality.
As a practice we are actively involved in a number of initiatives to support equality, diversity and inclusion across the built environment. Most recently, this has included support for the FLUID Diversity Mentoring Programme run by Built by Us and supported by the RIBA and NAWIC.
Our commitment and success in creating a studio culture welcoming to all is one that we are extremely proud of and has attracted the very best talent from across the built environment. We offer part-time, flexible working hours and career breaks to suit the needs of our staff along with extended maternity/paternity leave and payment; instilling a culture where both male and female staff are encouraged to take compensated leave as new parents.
