The goal of this workshop is to focus on suggestions and solutions that practices can put in place to address some of the issues raised by the survey, to create a better and healthier working environment for everyone in architecture. The AJ and AR have been working with Jules Allen on the analysis of the results and the top-line findings will be presented that identify some key themes, with a virtual roundtable discussion to follow.
Previous themes have included office environment, working from home, mental and physical health, EDI, and work-life balance.
